Customer Service
Our pregnancy support pillows are manufactured to the highest standards and each one is quality checked before it is dispatched to you. In the event that the pillow is damaged upon arrival, we will aim to dispatch a new one to you within 3 days of you contacting us.

Refunds & Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Please examine/check the goods as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, contact us via email or post within 8 days of receiving your ordered item/s, and notify us of any fault or damage.   Should you wish to return an item bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided you have complied with our Returns procedure set out below:    Returns should be made within 8 days of receiving your ordered item/s, and if possible be in the original, undamaged packaging, during this 8 day period after receiving the ordered item/s you have a Duty of Care to look after the products & ensure that protective packaging has been used to ensure the safe return of the products, *   If we find that the product has not been looked after & has been returned to us in an un-resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.   Please include: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.      This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances: The original account no longer exists The original account details have expired The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers The recipient requires a credit Delivery charges We will refund your original delivery charge (if any) when a product is faulty or damaged. Please note:   We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. We will refund the standard delivery charge on orders under £30 if they are returned to us within 8 days of receipt. If an order under £30 is returned to us after 8 days from receipt then we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect. *None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.   Postal Orders, Cheques We accept postal orders & personal cheques, made payable to "Tens Machine Direct" in UK Pound Sterling only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a postal order. For personal and company cheques, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a £25 fee on all returned cheques.   Multiple Product Orders For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.   Order Acceptance Policy   Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Pregnancy Pillow.co.uk (Tens Machine Direct) reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.   Shipping Policy Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 2:30PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:30 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Pregnancy Pillow.co.uk (Tens Machine Direct) or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused shipping or product availability.   Out-of-Stock Products We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out of stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.   Taxes We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax (VAT) for all orders to be delivered to addresses within the UK & Ireland. For orders shipped to other countries you are solely responsible for all sales and other applicable taxes.   Typographical errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers we may refuse or cancel any orders placed fro products listed at the incorrect price. In such circumstances we will issue a credit to your credit card account in respect of any amount you may have already paid.
