We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided you have complied with our Returns procedure set out below:
Returns should be made within 14 days of receiving your ordered item/s, and if possible be returned in the original, undamaged packaging, during this 14 day period after receiving the ordered item/s you have a Duty of Care to look after the products whilst in your possession & to ensure that strong protective packaging has been used to ensure the safe return of the products, *
If we find that the product has not been cared for & has been returned to us in a poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 25% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
Please include: order number, stock number, the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
We will refund your original delivery charge (if any) when a product is faulty or damaged.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. We will refund the standard delivery charge on orders under £30 if they are returned to us within 8 days of receipt. If an order under £30 is returned to us after 14 days from receipt then we will refund the delivery charge only if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect.
